why USA dumps can not cash out in USA?

why USA dumps can not cash out in USA?

We have tried some USA local BINs for several times in USA region, only very few can cash out, and only can cashout $100-200. why?

Where do your man use in USA?

USA is really hard to work now a days. Avoid walmart they have almost all usa bins blocked.

I think golden secret is don't use popular bins for walmart. Small banks will work if you get binlist you will see something like 546632=400 4xx3xx=3. If you get dumps from small quantities you have a better chance at swiping good amount.

For successful Carding , you have to be thinking and imagining ways differently and Start with asking yourself what could be the reasons the dumps are Getting Declined or giving poor results ... Answer them and u shld be on the right track !

Actually tbh, level doesnt matter that much with debits, since it all depends on bank balance, just because they have a plat debit doesnt mean it will go for more than a debit classic or standard. Many people are happy with their plain old debit classics and some might have 20k plus in the bank, wheras the plat debit might have more monitoring and get killed fast.

Also, level doesnt matter because there are too many mistakes in binlists for it to be accurate enough to use (unless we are talking about big banks and popular bins, small bank bins are rarely accurate).

Actually my theory is that many banks have region limits instead of locks, which is why some high level stuff only goes a few hundred dollars.

It's only walmart for Christ's sake,,, use fresh dumps. MC credits work best, capital one world Plats,citibank plats or Wamu plats are best. Also disco for under 250.00 and if they are fresh you can usallly get 3 swipes at different stores,,,but more than one swipe at same store will kill dump. good luck

yo walmart is great with all bins, and seens i aint no hater and dont care how much others make, ill tell you my golden secret with walmart. buy only gifts of 100 dollars, you can get with any classics about 3-5 gifts maybe even more. if you use gold you can get 3 - 5 gifts of 200 dollars each. if you use plat ect you may only get one hit but go for the 400 dollars it will give.. if you purchase other stuff for the house ect, take it all to the register but do 100$ at a time, even if you have to do 4 transactions, but thats only with classic or gold, if its plat, just pass it all thru. you will have big results if you fill your belly little by little and not get gready and do it all at once. there are bins classics that will give you better results than plats, and there are plats that will only do 1 hit but others that will do 10 hits. all depends on the bins. also dont ever check plat they are sure to die, and some classic and gold can be ckecd but others cant cause they will die as well. so hope this helps and walmart is still the best!!!!!

ps, if you hit the same register , it will result better than jumping from one register to another... usa bins are good only at same register, about 90% of usa bins are like that. hope that helps also..


pss thats for usa stuff. and for EU stuff any eu you maintain it at 100$ transactions, some 101 and 201 will give you about 15 or even 20 hits, if you get EU and go for 300 most will not go thru, about 80% of bins will not hit over 300$ but some bins will do 200$ a few times, BUT FOR BETTER RESULTS do 100$ transaction with EU bins and you will see indeed that they will hit with so much love!!!
