why nobody replaces citibank

i am just curious to know why most sites do not replace citibank dumps
i don't buy them but i just would like to know

just pretty much try2checks merchants since try2check is all Hotels and Inns merchants . but with private merchant accounts they approve easily .

no vendors would accept checks from private merch thou. so useful only for oneself.

yeah i know hopefully a better checking service will show up one day .
but in the mean time who ever needs private merchant accounts ill give them phone numbers nad merchant id's for free if they need . all private i got over 3000 merchant id avail

I've had some of my best success using Citi, if you know the right bins for your area and your dump supplier is first hand, no need to worry about declines.
