Why are RDPS used?

I know what RDP is an stuff but all the time when i hear people talking about logging in to stuff they say use fresh RDP.

Is it cause if using own computer they will see java/flash ip mac.Hmmm im a little confused about this.

Shit total mistake admin this was meant for beginners section sorry.(lack of sleep)

Using rdp u will look like holder of cc,ba,pp same state/city, windows in his language etc
