For our own safety, we are forced to “sell lawn mowers” to make money.

Living a double life, living in a legend is perhaps the greatest stress for the psyche. Living both lives at the same time, we use our resources to the limit. On the one hand, we feel that we are alive and enjoy it. On the other hand, I would like not to burn out and remain sane and clear-headed.

Periodic stress is a normal condition for a man. A man becomes a man through stress. For women, stress most often has a devastating effect. However, we will leave these subtleties to the scientific staff. In any case, we all have to deal with stress. What can we use in this fight?

Are we stressed because cortisol is high or is stress causing cortisol to increase?

Our body is biochemistry. An excess or deficiency of some substances determines our well-being. We can fight the symptoms, but it is more effective to address the root cause. For example, dysfunction of the adrenal glands leads to problems with the production of cortisol, making it more difficult for us to cope with stress.

What to do? Find a specialist who will help you understand the chemistry of your body. For example, an experienced nutritionist will break down your body into molecules and give recommendations on what to eat, what to drink, what to limit yourself to, and what needs to be treated. It is very convenient and pleasant to use an effectively functioning body.

“Yes, burn it all with a blue flame!”

The burden of property is one of the strongest stress factors. Cars, apartments, summer houses, three suede jackets, everything that was acquired through backbreaking labor causes anxiety about their safety. The ability to not regret what you have lost is one of the most difficult qualities a person can possess. It is enough to realize and accept the option when you can lose everything and then start again from the beginning.

What to do? Understand your values and stop pining over gold.

Each of us has the desire to recognize ourselves as a good person. Internal contradictions push us to search for justification or redemption. There is no point in engaging in self-criticism; it is more important to decide for yourself what to do in the future.

What to do?

Understand:

- you will not buy an indulgence from anyone;

- removing a stone from your soul in order to hang it on the neck of the one to whom you repented is not a working option.

Forgive yourself and move on.

Do something good. For example, charity. Of course, absolutely anonymously, targeted and to a well-selected object.

To achieve any result, we use certain algorithms, techniques. We optimize and improve the process. So, in working with stress, you need to have your own algorithm and use techniques.

What to do?

- create a ritual of transition between your lives. For example, before you start making money, you change clothes, leave everything “worldly” in ordinary life and immerse yourself in specially created conditions (another apartment, car, hardware, etc.);

- follow a sleep schedule. Melatonin, a hormone responsible for our recovery, is produced at night;

- get into a healthy habit. For example, long-distance running (10 km and more) is similar in its effect to advanced meditation. Long concentration on your physical sensations helps reset your psyche;

- upgrade your skill. Remember how “green” you were 5 or 10 years ago. Self-confidence eliminates stress from uncertainty;

- work with a lawyer. Let us remind you that ignorance of the law does not exempt you from responsibility, but knowledge easily does. Check your working diagrams and legends for vulnerabilities and minimize risks. You must be sure that you have done not everything you could, but everything you NEED to sleep more peacefully;

- seek help from a professional psychologist. Finding free ears and dealing with the psyche are different tasks. You can dump a bunch of shit on your friend, but he won’t help you figure out where you got so much of it from. A good psychologist, like a professional trainer, will help you achieve many results.
