With the correct geo-configuration for the cardholder and the use of valid cards with NON-VBV BINs, you can successfully pay for any website, including 3D-Secure, as the payment gateway will not request an OTP.
Newcomers can try 2D-Secure websites with weak anti-fraud protection (or none at all, and the payment is successfully processed by the payment gateway).
