You can rent them yourself with fullz and a novelty ID with a greendot at some rental agencies. Are you looking for someone to reserve it online for you? Usually when you do that and you show up to the rental place you need to bring the CC with you. SOME airport locations have a quick pick up but I never done it that way.

Also a word to the wise: NEVER post your ICQ publicly, you are just exposing yourself to rippers. Always PM your contact info.

Senshido, I never used a centurion dump but damn, how would you replicate that metal card? lol I guess the rental agency wouldnt know if the actual dump was a centurion or a regular amex. At least not at the POS.

Of course, you can just put it on any good quality amex plastic, you can make a plastic centurion not like anyone really knows it should be always metal. Other amex works well too, depending on amount. But centurion almost always approves for service categories of merchants.

If you really want to rent a car worldwide without risk even if you don't plan on returning the car in the end.

Just go buy a prepaid visa and load the amount of money of the rental period. Since most rental companys don't accept prepaid visas for car rentals, then take the t1+t2 off the prepaid card and put it onto a bank plastic. Encode and all that.

Of course you will need a good quality ID to match, but any USA Driver License will be good as ID along with the CC with matching name, which you will make.

This method is good if your not going to be returning the car.
Also this method will work in all countries, as long as the dump your using is a 101 prepaid card.

Only a few rental car companies will let you use a debit, I know enterprise is one of them. I also know that airport locations ONLY accept credit cards and not debit. If you plan on not returning the car, go with enterprise as at this moment they dont use gps tracking in their vehicles but this could change soon. Its not my fault I swear!

I have the car lighter signal jammer. I bought it from a site in china. It disables my phone gps about 15 feet away from the car its pretty cool. You can build one yourself with parts from radioshack. Ive seen the schematics online somewhere, let me do some digging and ill post them here
