Where to get valid IST list?

Tried cashing out today but failed. I think it because my IST didn’t match the Bin. Is there anywhere can I can get and updated IST list?

did you put the currency of the dump or your countries currency also if you seach on darkweb markets you will probably find a custom ist maybe you generated it wrong trying adding a 0 to track 2 if its not 37 chars

Yes, I added the currency code. I used the IST from the same card. Is there any good tutorial that shows you how to create one from scratch? Thank for your help!
