When USA gets 201...

Ok, many topics already openned talking about when USA get 201, if will be possible skim chip too, and other questions so I open this in offtopic... But the question about this topic is:
"When USA migrates entirely for CHIP system, carders will need to migrate for chip skim (soon as it get available) or they will just keep using CHIP into off countries like India, Cambodia, Vietnam, S. Africa, and even USA's, Canadian's POS that read only 101??"
If the solution is just keep using 201 cards into off countries that remain many POS reading only 101, we just don't need to worry about it for next decade I think..
Is that right or wrong? What U think?!

it takes about two year in my country to migrate all the bank from 101 to 201, the first thing to changed is the pos and the atm, and then the card it self.

for usa, i think until end of 2013 we still can use 101.

101 can always be used, the problem is always the terminals for using 201.
