What would be the demand for this...

UK bank account with any name/address you want. (Post will go to the address you specify obviously). Internet access but no debit card. Is savings account so can receive and make BACS.

Prepaid mastercard in any name and any address (no post will go to this address). Limited to £1200 per year.

Delivery time would be 10 days after payment.

Could anyone tell me the sort of price they would pay for these so I can assess the level of demand.
