Hello, carders!
Today we will deal with such an interesting topic as passing the Utility Bill.
Utility Bill is an additional part of verifying your Amazon seller account, namely, confirming your address. As you may have guessed, these are the same utility bills that Amazon sometimes asks you to provide.
Example of a letter:

If this happens, your account is suspended and cannot be sold. Utility Bill usually arrives within the first 24 hours after registration.
You will have to make a Notarized Translation into English, because utility bills in Ukraine and Russia are in Russian... (or translate into English at a translation agency with a seal, without a notary).
Utility bills - this could be a bill for gas, electricity, internet, etc. Again, it is important that your Name, Surname and Address are written in the document.
ALL DATA MUST MATCH what you provided to Amazon.
It is also desirable that the document be signed and stamped with payment confirmation.
Ideally, when the Bank Statement + Data in the Amazon Account and the Utility Bill have the same Address, First Name and Last Name.
If this is not possible, sometimes you have to photoshop the extract (full name or address).

Now that you have prepared your documents, send them to seller-performance@amazon.com with a cover letter.
Sample cover letter (better to change it to suit yourself):
Dear Seller-Performance Team,
You have requested utility bill for verification of my seller account.
I am a new seller, so I have attached it.
I really want to Sell on Amazon.
Thank you very much for cooperation and understanding.

In this case, you will have to make a card statement in English (preferably so that the transaction of funds debited from Amazon is visible).
For example, in Privat Bank (Ukraine) you can make a card statement in English.

Also, we recommend that you scan/photograph your bank card from both sides, you can blur out part of the card number and the CVV code on the back. But be sure to leave the first and last digits of the card number, first name, last name and expiration date visible. And send!

What to do if Utility Bill is rejected?
- You can try to send a Payment for other services, naturally making a Notarized translation (or translate into English at a translation agency with a seal, without a notary).
- Send a new bank statement where there is a transaction from Amazon with a debit of the subscription fee for the seller's account.

It happens very often that Amazon does not respond,- Create a case via Help and report that you have sent all the documents but have not received a response.
- Fill out the appeal in the Performance Notifications section, where you also describe everything that is happening to your account in this situation in simple, non-template text by hand.
- Another option is to write to the email addresses of other departments, which will forward your request to the appropriate department.
- You can also try calling Amazon support at +180037280660, then say that you want to contact Seller Support and explain the reason.
