What money transfer options do I have in EU(FI)?

Hello Professionals.
My money mule wants to send money from FI, the money is cash in hand, banks are asking too many questions and won't allow money to be sent and PS and crypto vendors ask for tedious verifications for sending larger amounts.
What are the best possible ways I can receive money in bitcoins from a sender in FI ??

Thank you. I have been working with almost all the options that are listed there, and each one ask for too many KYC documents. I was thinking there could be some black market vendor in FI or EU or even outside EU who can offer a ZERO KYC cash/bitcoin exchange preferably or a ZERO KYC CC/bitcoin exchange(for large amounts and if CC payment won't be registered in CC A/C bank statement as a crypto vendor because the banks keep looking out for crypto purchases even for as small as 100euros purchases), so that banks/CC/Crypto venders-asking-for-KYC's could be completely taking off.

You can also find the nearest Bitcoin ATM and buy cryptocurrency through it.

I have used one Bitcoin ATM in FI, but it ask for KYC. I will try to find local exchangers, that is a good suggestion. Thank you Professional. Appreciate.
