WHAT CRIMES IN THE CHINA REALLY PUNISH WITH THE DEATH PENALTY?
The system of punishments in the traditional law of China from ancient times to the Tang Empire.

Since 2015, the death penalty has not been applied in the China for the following crimes: counterfeiting; smuggling of weapons, ammunition, nuclear materials, counterfeit money; fraud involving raising funds from the public; organization of brothels, coercion into prostitution; obstruction of military missions; spreading rumors in wartime.
In the future, the China plans to reduce the list of crimes for which the guilty person can be sentenced to death.
With a high degree of probability, the death penalty will remain for war crimes, crimes against the foundations of the state system and state security, crimes in the sphere of drug trafficking and grave crimes against the person. For other crimes, the death penalty can be abolished.
