What can I do with a VBV card?

New Carder here, have a few CC that seem to be VBV on every website ive attempted to use them. Im using proxy and adspower browser and have very low fraud score.
Cards seem to be extremely secure and im getting VBV on 2d websites as well. My question is if these cards are usable at all and if so where online can I use them in the US.

you can do 2d sites no problem
3ds 2.0 would be a problem for you since you are a beginner
I dont reccomend ADS power tho,try other antidetects
