As an exclusive, here are a couple of softwares for you.

1) SIPflooder

In a nutshell: A program for disabling phones using SIP telephony.

Program description:
A program for flooding/spamming phones via the SIP protocol (Internet telephony). The software calls all victims from the list at the same time and hangs up (if specified in the settings) when the victim picks up the phone, and so on again and again. As a result, the victim's phone is "always busy" and soon, naturally, unavailable.

Possibilities:
  • Flood calls to an unlimited* number of phones simultaneously from one computer. (*-when testing the program, a weak computer was able to flood more than 100 numbers with almost no load on the system)
  • Each number in the program list has its own individual settings... When to drop a call, settings for substituting the outgoing call number through the list (you can specify the * symbol as a digit from 0 to 9 to make a "random" substitution), description of the victim's number, a convenient calendar (you can specify the number and date of the start/end of the flood), the number of streams (simultaneously calling lines) to the victim's phone, protection against spending money when the victim has an answering machine, interval between calls, play a file and all this can be specified for each number differently!
  • If you are a newbie and are not familiar with Sip logs, the program will automatically mark the numbers with a red square when an error is received.

You can automatically stop streams that throw an error by checking the "Stop flood on error" box.
  • The program will conveniently and equally distribute streams from different SIP providers, which will reduce the load on them and allow you to simultaneously flood one number with a different or one SIP provider - as you wish[?IMG]
  • All information about your accounts and victims is stored in .txt files and can be easily edited without opening the software.
  • The program's operation logs are arranged in groups, depending on the date, the victim's phone, and the flood thread.
  • You can quickly download lists of phones for flooding "using a settings template" - uniform settings will be applied to the entire downloaded list.
  • There is no need to select the necessary settings every time, create a couple of templates with settings and do not waste time.
  • The latest version has added Jabber-bot - you can control the program from your phone or any other PC by simply writing the necessary command through the program chat (Jabber, a program similar to ICQ).
  • The software works perfectly on absolutely any PC with Windows OS.

2) GSMflooder

  • the best GSM flooder for disabling phones via 3g modems and SIM cards.

In a nutshell: A program for disabling phones using 3G modems and SIM cards.

I am glad to present you the 2nd flooder from the great three (Skype, Sip, Gsm)

The program is designed for flooding calls via Huawei e1550, e171, e173 modems - the most stable modems for this purpose

Advantages of GSM flooding with calls:
  • GSM flood is not blocked by mobile operators (*this has not happened to me)
  • This is the most stable type of flooding, previously it was the only option that, with a large number of modems, could put down a PBX in a matter of minutes
  • If you choose the right tariff plan, flooding is completely free, since money is not withdrawn from SIM cards when the connection is lost in the first seconds of the call.

Now the capabilities of the program itself:
  • Classic flood of calls with all sorts of settings (settings for resetting, pauses between calls individually for each modem)
  • Possibility of receiving and sending SMS
  • Each modem can flood a list of numbers that is prepared specifically for it.
  • Playing a sound file to the victim
  • Automatic reconnection of the modem in case of loss of connection with it
  • Quick balance check and convenient sending of USSD requests
  • Fine-tuning modem operating modes

3) SIPautodialer

  • multi-threaded autodialer-spammer calls.

In a nutshell: A program for automatically informing clients phones with audio recordings.

Program description:
You have a large list of numbers and you need to call each one and hang up (with a number substitution so that they call back) or call and play an audio recording, say for advertising purposes or to notify employees about an event. My multi-threaded SIP autodialer will do this many times faster by calling "n" number of numbers from the list at the same time.

Possibilities:
  • Multi-threaded auto-dialing by list. (If there are 10 threads for calls, auto-dialing will be 10 times faster)
  • Checking. (called phones are sorted depending on whether the person picked up the phone or not) all this is conveniently logged.
  • It is possible to set up playback of audio recordings when a person picks up the phone (there may be several of them, selected in turn).
  • Flexible schedule. You can set several time intervals for the program to run.
  • Setting the number of traversal cycles to list.
  • Does not load the system and has no failures.
  • Works on all Windows OS via SIP protocol.

4) SMS flood&spam

  • Program for flooding/spamming phones with SMS (mailings) via 3g GSM Huawei modems.

In a nutshell: A program for flooding/spamming phones with SMS (mailings) via 3g GSM Huawei modems.

Finally, we decided to turn the entire SMS mailing market upside down - we present to your attention the most stable and high-quality software for flooding/spamming SMS of the entire Runet!

The software can send Wap, Flash and simple SMS. It supports 199 modes and you will not encounter any restrictions in use. The software also has a built-in dialer, which allows you to dial a number from any of your modems.
