1. You send me a link to wav/mp3/wma file (upload it to sendspace.com)
2. I tell you amount of tracks inside, we discuss how much time it will take to decode them and amount of tracks I will take as a payment.
3. After decode you get tracks in the following format:

Апдейт условий декода:

С сегодняшнего дня минимальная партия для выдачи после декода - 50 треков (т.е., можете присылать хоть по 3 штуки, будем копить, пока не доберем до 50 штук)
Все остальные условия остаются без изменений.

Service rules update:
