Wasp Killer, who is in the Italian prison, spoke unflatteringly about the justice system that has developed in the European state, comparing it with the Russian one at the beginning of the 21st century. Another letter from a prisoner, who has been awaiting a decision by local authorities since May 2023 on a request for his extradition to Ukraine, was posted by his supporters in the Telegram channel dedicated to Wasp Killer.

The minister visited the prison and ended up throwing up that the government and the system were not to blame for anything. The community of penitentiary garbage (there is such a perversion, it turns out, yes) helpfully vomited in unison that they would create preventive measures. Apparently, they will send not two, but three psychologists to dangerous bandits, whom the next judge slapped 16 years for stealing a sack of potatoes, ”Wasp Killer sneered.

He added that most of all "all this extravaganza of idiocy" reminds Russia of the period 2000-2006, when "they changed the code, but did not change the judges." The result, according to Wasp Killer, was the toughening of sentences, which is typical for “any other corruption dump”, which, according to the author of the letter, are Russia, Ukraine, and Italy.

“The choice between easing the punishment and its toughening invariably leans in favor of the latter for a very simple and understandable reason: no one will say a word to the judge later, if anything. So why do they hang around anyway? The answer is very simple. Because the judges gave them horse sentences, while vaguely hinting at the possibility of replacing the punishment with a milder and not related to the actual stay in prison, and then for more than a year they fucked their brains, postponing the elementary decision for the most ridiculous and incredible reasons, ”Wasp stated killer.

He ended his story with an attempt to understand the depth of the political processes taking place in the world, in particular the cancellation of the grain deal between Russia, Ukraine and Turkey. In particular, he reproached the Kremlin for wanting to supply supposedly Russian grain to Africa for free (hinting that it is actually Ukrainian). At the same time, Wasp Killer spoke negatively about the actions of the SBU of Ukraine, accusing intelligence officers of trying to attribute crimes committed by security officers to ordinary people.

The Italian authorities have taken and enforced the decision to extradite Daniil Oleinik, a well-known seller of car break-in and car theft devices, better known under the nickname WASP Killer. This was reported by several sources, who emphasized that he has only Russian citizenship. His published information was later confirmed by Vladislav Pozdnyakov, a blogger and creator of the extremist movement Men's State, who called Oleynik his old friend.

“His services were also used by representatives of our special services. Torture and torment await him in a Ukrainian prison,” Pozdnyakov suggested, complaining that Kiev had gotten a Russian citizen.

According to the blogger, the Russian authorities should initiate an exchange of Oleynik because “whatever he does, he is first and foremost our Russian man.”

“Due to the hatred towards Daniil, there will be no fair trial in Ukraine. In addition, knowing the people in question, his life will also be in danger. These people will stop at nothing in the pursuit of massacring their enemy. There is no hint of fair justice here,” agreed Jeka187.

The first reports about the arrest of WASP Killer appeared in May 2023. At that time, it became known that he was arrested in Italy at the request of the Ukrainian authorities. At the same time, there was an opinion in the environment of the Russian that this way the Italian police protect him from extradition. After that, Oleynik communicated with his supporters via paper letters, which were published in his Telegram channel. Its last post was published on July 26, 2024. There is no official confirmation of the extradition of the Russian to Ukraine.

A citizen of the Russian Federation created a telegram channel through which groups of car thieves operated on the territory of Ukraine and other states.

The scheme was as follows: separate groups of criminals illegally took possession of premium and middle-class cars, information about the car was transferred to the owner of the telegram channel, who posted ads and accepted payment from the victims.

The victims transferred funds to electronic wallets of various crypto services. If a person refused to return his stolen vehicle for a monetary reward, his car was dismantled and sold for spare parts.

Criminal police operatives found that the scheme for the return of stolen cars to the owners for a monetary reward was organized by a 47-year-old Russian, previously convicted in the territory of the Russian Federation. The businessman has been engaged in car theft since the age of 15, on his channel he also sold special equipment for breaking cars, and on social networks he conducted master classes on the criminal craft, in particular conspiracy measures.

In August 2022, the police stopped the activities of two groups of car thieves, then 53 searches were carried out in nine regions.

Nine episodes of illegal car theft were documented. Six active participants were detained, three more, including a citizen of the Russian Federation, were put on the international wanted list. Investigators of the National Police announced suspicion under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 289, Part 5 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 289, Part 2 of Article 189 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The police found the main defendant in Italy, where he was hiding during the war. As part of international police cooperation, he was detained and extradited to Ukraine.

The suspect was brought to justice by employees of the Criminal Investigation Department together with the Main Investigation Department and the Department of International Police Cooperation of the NPU under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as with the assistance of the police of Italy and Poland.

On August 13, the Pechersk District Court of the city of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for a citizen of the Russian Federation - detention with the right to bail in the amount of 15 million 140 thousand hryvnias. Now the arrested man is in a pre-trial detention center.

Italy extradited to Ukraine a suspect in organizing a scheme to steal cars and receive a ransom for them

Based on the results of consideration of the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, the competent authorities of Italy decided to extradite (extradite) a citizen of the Russian Federation, who was wanted for criminal prosecution for a number of crimes.

In cooperation with law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Poland, the suspect, who was detained in Italy in 2023, was taken to Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the extradited person organized a criminal scheme of stealing cars and extorting funds from owners for their return (5 Article 27, Parts 2, 3 of Article 289, Part 2 of Article 189 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

A citizen of the Russian Federation involved a group of persons in the Telegram chat who offered the owners of stolen cars to return them at half price. If they refused to pay a monetary reward, the suspects sold the vehicle or dismantled it and sold spare parts, changing the license plates of frames, bodies and units.

The victims transferred funds to electronic wallets of various crypto services.
