u r really a bad guy Capac

if u have smallest pcs of thoose bill u could ask to a bank u just wildraw this bill o atm and ask remplacement from bank . ( work for cutting bill , damaged bills too )
but colors blue are same , like u see in bag from money transport for fucked money if robber try take it . ( in this case use 2nd idea )

bu better idea is to sell it to someone who could clean it ( chinese triad , east europeen mafia ( bulgaria , romania , russian ) , have process to clean that )
