The latest version of ZeuS is 2.1.X.X. It is hard to get it, exspecially because the author is not online since a long time, plus someones say these newer ZeuS made for a private group. In my opinion you will never find here a trusted member who sell you this. Maybe you should try on hackforums but now the biggest hackforum is down.
9.5k is not a small money, I advice you to try Spy-Eye. Its an other trojan botnet which is almost the same as ZeuS. Its cheaper and easier to get. It depends on what you wanna do
with it.

The 'official' price (which means you buy from the author) is 2333$ now with all injects. You can buy it from other ppl on forums as well who cracked it or who buy from author the builder and sell builds with updates for a lesser price like 3-4-500$.
There are other fees as well because you need a bulletproof hosting and bots/installs to grab these details!!! Its about plus 500$.

If you looking for these mentioned things like LR, Paypals, Banklogins etc. it is totally good for you! Spy-Eye grab creditcard details as well (CCs).

Problem with these old shit version not that it can't become 100% FUD..
New versions has a lot of new features which can be usefull..
For example: to grab banklogins, its okay that you can grab userid and pass.. But you need a lot of more information to cashout it succesfully!! etc etc etc

Version is important because for example 1.2.x.x not support win7 but 1.3.x.x and newer versions do it!!
Newer versions like 2.0.x.x crypt the exe itself and always changing the name..
