walmart blocked?

I heard walmart has almost all bins blocked....is this true??

I try many signs/world/plat from different bases bins 414xxx 5466xx and everytime I go to walmart and try $300 says denied charge. I even traveled 8 hours and same results but then again how will real owners shop like this any info on this?

dont shop with track 1 in walmart. only track 2, i think they are starting to use the same measures as target pos system. this is from my experience.

does having t1 really matter I have not hit target in a long time never knew that was the problem.
but another reason other then dumps don't seem to work that good at target is this

I've had good luck with target actually.
As for walmart I've never had success with any bins.
I always use t2 + generated t1 though so not sure if that alters the success/fail ratio.

walmart and target blocks many bins...
target - must use original track1 and track 2

target is good all day but don not put ANYTHING in track 1 because if you do it will come up as invalid card, sometimes it may work if they swipe on the side of the register but most times it will not, how do I know this? because I was just in there testing this theory out the day before yesterday and hit them over the head for 850 on a ipad and a tv. the same for walmart only use track 2 or you may get card issuer denied the charges. if you find this useful and truthful feel free to give me +rep

from my experience .. leaving track 1 empty will not work at target idk about walmart..
I stopped hitting target cause they check cvv randomly..(maybe depending on ur location)
