A very fun open source search engine. Upgraded to V3 in a timely manner, has an extensive user base.

A lot of advertising, besides, all kinds of scam, but looking for sites is also okay. It has about 5 million pages with 57 thousand sites
Dargle (clearnet)

A typical Tor "hacker" scam. The site admins didn't even bother switching to V3. Prices are low, which is logical for a scam. Hacking Gmail mail is cheaper than for 1000 USD personally, I have never met in practice. FB account - 600 bucks, no less. So the conclusion suggests itself.
