Used this service for a couple weeks loaded around $100+ LR, after upgrade this service no longer worked for me. Tryed to contact support... after my service was no longer good they decieded to respond and all I got was rudeness and attitude. I hope this service works for the rest that does use it. but this is NOT recommended. there are WAAAAAY better and cheaper VPNs out there that actually WORK and dont treat there customers like crap.

Im done with this service, again to all i do not recommend using this service. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

1. You DID NOT contact our support before your subscription(s) expired.
2. "after upgrade this service no longer worked for me" - that's because you DID NOT regenerate your certificate and update your subscription files. There were several posts about this on our service forum, in ALL our advertisement topics on different forums, notification on email and news in our service billing panel (https://secure.doublevpn.com/user/news?id=30) which you technically couldn't miss if you logged into panel to fund your account. If you have time to whine in our advertisement topic and cannot even read the news, we can do nothing about it.
3. You DID NOT even create a ticket in our billing panel - the first thing you should have done in case you have no response in icq (but probably you didn't even contact us via icq before your subscription(s) expired).
4. This topic is for advertisement purposes only. We DO NOT usually provide technical support here, but in support icq/jabber/ticket system/on our service forum. I have no idea why you DID NOT notice the support icq which is specified in the first post of this topic.
5. "rudeness and attitude" quote our support words please. Unless you do it in 3 days, I will ask moderator to take measures against you telling lies about our service.

I did regenerate certificates, I even reinstalled EVERYTHING, I can post my log of chat with Tom, do you think making threats that you will tell on me to a mod matters? I have an opinion and I have a right to voice it that is what a forum is for correct? So do what you need to I really don't care. But let it be known "the customer is always right." That's how businesses are ran, I felt that there was attitude and seemed a little rude, what am I wrong for posting this? I doubt it. I'm done with this senseless argument, I had an opinion and I voiced it.Whats so wrong about that? There is no lies and fund my account there's still funds in my account that I choose not to use because I feel that I don't care to do business with you or you're company. So do what you need to do I'm not changing anything, and keep the petty money that's in my account its nothing.
