Do not write "Hello!" or "Hi bro!". Do not write million of message like "Hi", "Bro", "I", "Have", "a", "problem", "and", "need", "your", "help". Just write all your problem in one SHORT message.
I automatically add to ignore list guys asking for replaces/refunds in ICQ. There is site for this. Guys asking to buy directly 1-2 dumps from me. Guys asking for freebie or tests.
