Hello. Some online stores ask you to call them to verify the payment and approve the order.
You can call yourself by replacing the number and changing your voice. You need to call from the cardholder number or from the number you specified in your account.
If you do not want to call yourself, you can use a proven dialing service. The price per call will be $5-15 depending on the service.
What information does the online store ask when calling:
- Order details: order number, e-mail
- Name and quantity of goods
- Full card details: First and last name of the cardholder (you need to call on his behalf), card number, CVV, expiration date, payment address of the cardholder.
- Delivery service (USPS, UPS, DHL, FeDex)
- Delivery address and recipient's name (indicate cardholder). Please note that the billing address must match the shipping address to bypass the address verification system called AVS. After receiving the track, we call and ask for a “reroute” to the drop address or “hold” (the buyer will pick up the pack under “pickup”)
