vendor reviews and contact

i have a querry about cc store mentioned in verified section that they dont show reviews and we cannot directly contact the vendor for further information
I assume that ver.mn has a system that refer specific vendors whom we can contact with and see the reviews on their profile?
Is that correct assumption about ver.mn?
