All the tools they need to come up with any quantity of cards are:

1: RDP (MIN 16GB RAM & 8CPU )

2: Proxy

3: Dork List (google it)

4: DORK PARSER/SEARCHER (A-Parser is best one ever)

5:SqL Dumper (is free)

all other tool is free on net
