If i buy non vbv bin will every credit card info with this bin be non vbv? Or is it random

If you buy a card with Non-VbV bin (the first 6 digits of the card number), then other similar bins may turn out to be VbV.
Therefore, choose bin of the same bank and look for the card not by 6 digits, but by the first 7-11 digits of the number.
