Jerry, I apologize for the frustration and concern this has caused you. We do not have any information at this office regarding International packages. Please, have the sender file an inquiry regarding your package and file a claim. An inquiry may be filed for your mail piece Express Mail International: No sooner than five (5) days from the mailing date, and no later than 90 days.
Please contact our International Office to initiate an inquiry. This office will gather all of the information necessary to assist you in this matter. Be prepared to provide the date of mailing, postage, value of content, addressee information including first and last name, and the complete mailing address.
