Using MP with PP in EU?

So since stupid paypal allows deposit MP only with usa accounts any ideas how to use it for EU?create with usa socks,add person cc and then buy but ship to EU? freakin mess.Is it so hard to allow EU use it.

Create US pp, verify it, load with MP.
Create EU pp, verify it, send funds from US pp to your EU pp.
Withdraw at will, since no chargeback.
