You will need fullz info
-Name
-Address
-Dob
-SSN
-Drivers license Number
An Email address and USA number will be needed (codes might be sent there).
They will need Direct Deposit info to send your money into (You can use any Prepaid Card with direct deposit info like Cashapp, Bluebird, Netspend, Or even a Bank account.
When they ask you what date was your activities affected by Corona Pandemic, tell them 25th March, 2020
Make sure the fullz are from Massachusetts (if u using the Massachusetts link, and must be from Washington if u using the Washington link)
Once info is accepted , you get paid in 1-3 business days.

WHICH STATES HAVE STOPPED PAYING THE PANDEMIC UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE (PUA)

Below are the states which have stopped paying so will advise y’all not to waste your time on them??

1• Illinois
2• Kansas
3• Nevada
4• New Hampshire
5• Ohio
6• West Virginia
7• Wisconsin

2• STATES WHICH APPLICATION CAN GET YOU TRACKED AND IN TROUBLE

1• Washington
2• Massachusetts
3• Illinois
4• Ohio

Note This 7 Points Below?

1• I first clicked on File a new UI claim, if the state you applying for has a General Unemployment Portal then you can start with that first before you go to the Direct PUA

2• When you get to the Employment status, those who filed as ‘Self-Employed’ get higher money than those who filed that they work in companies

The Pandemic assistance favors those who are self-employed more, because they think those guys are don’t have bosses to pay them allowances during this corona season and also so they not getting any income Cos of the Covid-19 issues whilst at home

If you are asked about how much you earn annually last year, make sure the amount you mention is between $16,850 and $42,100.
The higher the amount you make the better.

If you chose “Self-Employed” and they ask you what job you do for a living, tell them you a professional photographer and you take professional photos at weddings and parties for a living

And if they ask you, how the Covid-19 affected your occupation, just tell them you were booked for weddings and parties for the whole year, but because of this covid-19, you have to cancel all and stay home, so you not making any money.

When you are asked to file for the 6 weeks, the amount you said you make in a year, you can calculate to see how much you make in a week and then an hour , type of earnings should be self-employed

In filling for the weeks, you have to know that the week start with Sunday and ends on Saturday, so if they ask for Week Endings date for each week, make sure you write the Saturday date for each week you filed for.. this very important or they will decline you

If they ask for your Employer name; Type Self-Employed there and any other info should be your info

N>B California state no longer pays to your movo, they send an EDD card to the address on file, so if you applying for California and you don’t know the person you filing for, pls don’t waste your time bcos they will send the money to real owner.

1• Some states have two links for the filings.
- General Unemployment portal and
- Direct Unemployment portal

If the states you applying for has two links then u can go directly to the Direct Unemployment portal and file for the assistance.

2• Some states have only One (1) link for the filings
- General Unemployment Portal

If the states got only one link, then you must first file at the General Unemployment portal, if you get declined then they will now create a Direct Unemployment portal for you to apply

For example for Virginia state filings, it has two links to signup

Virginia State

General unemployment portal: https://www.vec.virginia.gov/

Direct PUA Portal: https://www.vec.virginia.gov/html/pua.html

So in summary, if the states you applying at, has two website links including the Direct PUA link then you can go straight and apply with the Direct PUA link

If the states has only one website link for application, you first apply for the General Unemployment, if you get declined they will create a Direct PUA port
al for you

3• When you get to the Employment status, those who filed as ‘Self-Employed’ get higher money than those who filed that they work in companies.

The Pandemic assistance favors those who are self-employed more, because they think those guys are don’t have bosses to pay them allowances during this corona season and also so they not getting any income Cos of the Covid-19 issues whilst at home.

6• And if they ask you, how the Covid-19 affected your occupation, just tell them you were booked for weddings and parties for the whole year, but because of this covid-19, you have to cancel all and stay home, so you not making any money.

There is no way anyone can ask you to prove that you a photographer, unless they want you to download pictures and send to them.

7• When you are asked to file for the 6 weeks, the amount you said you make in a year, you can calculate to see how much you make in a week and then an hour, type of earnings should be self-employed.

So in summary, if the states you applying at, has two website links including the Direct PUA link then you can go straight and apply with the Direct PUA link.

If the states has only one website link for application, you first apply for the General Unemployment, if you get declined they will create a Direct PUA portal for you.

UNEMPLOYMENT GUIDE - ALL 50 STATES

Keep in mind the guides could be old. They might not mention any specific requirements that have been enacted in some states like waiving the waiting week, waiving entering job contacts, etc. The guides may not also contain any information about Federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (PUC) - $600, Federal Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) Additional 13 Weeks, and other stuff that has changed. The newest information will ALWAYS be on your state's unemployment website, twitter, etc. Keep checking it if you're waiting on something!
If they ask if you are looking for work. YES, you are ALWAYS available/looking for work. Everyone should ALWAYS want to look for something that pays more to better their financial situation whether they're unemployed or currently employed/partially/self-employed/etc.
Also, File a Claim even if you don't think you would get it. Appeal if you get denied. It's fine if it's still denied but you'll learn the process on how it works for the future. When you appeal it's usually you, a Judge and the Employer. You'll have more time to explain your side of the story without getting interrupted. UI agents and Judges are on your side and will find a way to get you unemployment if they can.
This is just for getting you started and helping you understand how the process works. I can't promise I'll keep it updated but I tried to get at least general information for the links I provided.

Good luck and be safe out there! DON'T FORGET TO HIT ME IF YOU NEED THE METHODS AND ASSISTANCE
