karderking, can't provide by T1+T2 with pin, only physical card.
Daily limit depend on bank issuer, from 300..1k per day. Usually monthly limit 10k.

karderking, can try on ur names. Of course ur should to use drop house. Maybe empty houses, mail forwarding services etc. Cards will be delivered by 1st class mail in letter. 7-10 biz days after order.
