Can anyone help on how to know US cc balance or anyone sell cc that i can confirm the balance.

You activate enroll on these cards to see balance or you could search for specific merchants that check by AVS too, they giveaway whether or not the CC will go through for that specific amount

Yeah you could enroll them but most banks require a pin code to enroll, the key is to find the banks that dont

@ Bablo, thanks and i will try the enrol or do you have any BIN to sell that will be easy to enrol? But checking with AVS site and use wrong billing isn't that good as most merchant now still pend the money or do you know anyone that i can use?

You can look up a cc checker provider , that let u check the validity of the card and with a pre auth charge that can be voided after the check is over . That way you can know if the card is valid and good to go for the amount you are targeting for !
