Unlimited Debit Cards

My friend told me that last year they made a cashout service. They've written 3 debit cards with same tracks. And cashout $60.000 in 1 day. As we all know debit cards has daily withdrawal limits. My friend doesn't remembers the card BIN.
Does anyone knows this kind of debit card? Because i'm inneed for a unlimited debit card. Unlimited means no daily withdrawal limit.

The story is real because i know this guy personally for more then 10 years. They have got the card from a Russian guy with the pin.

95% of the Debit cards in the United Arabian Emirates has no ATM withdrawal limit..
