Is UK a good place for skimmers and modified POS to get D+P?

How's the expereince for those of you have have already worked with UK D+P's and cashing them out in Asia?

So far i have had negative feedback regarding UK D+P due to security chip n PIN and Geolock issues but i am not really sure whether to invest in those devices.

yes , alot of automated systems that can , be even in restruants... nice ... as long you casout in the outskates and use it once , you are smilling ,....
