who can cash these out ?

Very hard to cashout uk.
Most blocked internatinally.
Even if you find country where they will cashout, ratio will be 2-3 from 10 dumps succesfull cashout.
After:
1.Substract the % you give to cashier
2.Take into consideration the amount he will not declare - because all cashiers steal from money they cash out from d+p no matter what they say - and you have absolutely no control regarding the amount cashed - you will have to take their word for it.
You will sense they ripped you but you cant do nothing about it.
Or if they cashout from 5 dumps they will declare only 3 worked and you will pay 30-40-50% to them from those 3 declared.
Or that dumps that paid before reset didnt paid after reset or insufficient funds on them.... and so on..too long story.
You get the ideea ?
3. Substract WU fees or LR exchanger fees.
This is how it works with cashiers.
I dare that anyone will claim otherwise.
You will be left with almost nothing from my example of 10 dumps.
Been there , done that and after alot of brain fucking and nerves wrecking i decided to stop working with cashiers.
Your best bet to get profit from them: buy gas and sell it at half price to truck drivers or anyone who buys big quantity or top-up phone credit -> your premium numbers -> cashout. You will make less compared to atm cashout offcourse but you will have peace of mind.
