Most south-East Asian country like Pakistan, Indonesia, Hongkong, India, Nepal, Bangladesh . Most UK BIN works there (if they dont have Geo-block) because most atm read only magstrip (no chip or EMV).

Thats a valid reply only if it was 2011. Now almost rarely no D+P work in none of those areas, trust me, I have tried.

Pfff , I`ve tryed Chile , Vietnam , and some other 2 countries . The only country that last was working for me we`re some part`s of the Us but only in some period`s of time (don`t know why).A stable country is really hard to find nowadays for Uk`s ...

UK 201, 221 still works in above mention country depending the BIN, but UK stuff are very tricky, some time one BIN- dp works at the same time same BIN second dp not work while they have balance..

Well ... it`s still same like Us ... they can only be cashed in some periods of time,or only a % of them ...

The thread starter asked advice about where uk d+p could be cashed, he was not looking for cashiers.
If you dont have any advice to give or you dont know about the matter why write?
Each time it happens like this, if someone asks advice about d+p , the "creme de la creme " of the forum jumps to write that they are cashiers.
Also you broke the forum rules , providing cashout d+p services without pay advertisement i beleive is forbiden according to this thread
So go milk your bull.

UK d+p - very tricky -beleive it or not i worked with them for several years, i never could understand they way they cash.
10 pc ( for example ) same bin can cash all , before and after reset giving the limit out ( as long as there are money in the account ) ...and next evening other 10 pcs same bins like the previous evening taken from same region can perform like shit on a rate 2/10.
For what i know your best bet is Pakistan for Barclays and Halifax almost all bins as long as the account has moneythey will pay at least once the limits and some will pay after reset too ,some Lloyds bins xxxx81 and xxxx82 and some Hsbc bins xxxx42, xxxx43 ( this was 2 months ago ).
Natwest , Abbey, Cooperative, others... dead for me
Wish you good luck in finding good /legit cashiers.
