i called up merchant account provider they said it was declined by bank

Reason its declined as its an old method and POS providers or banks know that the transaction is not being verified by PIN but by signature and they are declining the transaction!!

I have not seen any POS, where you can still swipe..

Most POS in uk are still working swipe
it how you present yourself with the card
swipe and sign all day

good methods but not easy too use it in EU countries (France) POS know directly that cards are 201 then need pin code. but some POS in germany (like Manheim) work.

Work well in France . use the 2nd method and u ll get success

Nice post, Rome0. Another way to burn the chip is simply get USB cable from mouse or keyboard, cut the wire, make a nice red and black wire ends (red(+),black(-)), plug the cable to your pc/laptop and simply touch 1 and 5 pinouts of the chip (1(-),5(+)). The chip will burn immediately. You will notice a red flash in the chip area.
You can check the dead chip (just in case) using any smart card reader by getting ATR number.

Has anyone expirience with DB Ticket mashine (Deutsche Bahn, Germany) and EU201 dumps? Will the second method work (POS Thales)? Cause few weeks ago i've found lost cc (IT) and tried to buy something without entering a pin. Well it works. Was it luck?

I couldnt cash 201 d+p from fr, ec and br

I tried this 3 countries d+p, tryed to cash them in same countrys and others that not yet have all cards with chip, and NOTHING, code 206 and 526 i understand but 201 why nt?

Its getting hard to shop with them, but pin is usless to me now! Anyone can cashout!?

This is not Right Topic ... Here is TUTORIAL for INSTORE CARDING with 201 card in Chip Country ( Europe...) .

For you problem with 201+pinz Fr,Br..etc you must try it in Country without EMV attached too ATM
PS: You have reliable ppl in this forum for cashout your pins , just look the right place for find them ...
