See Rome0's guide on bypassing CFA. Works 100% on Ingenico i3037 or whatever it's called (2 part old one).

Also, certainly can't babysit everyone, but 3715XX are centurions.

Some with Discover, and if you cant find/make Discover cards, just emboss/encode Discover dump onto amex blank
