I was kind of skeptical about Bulba's service but I had descent results. Only thing is they really do not cater to people that buy in bulk. As far as a monopoly listen that is good for him but he can only maintain it if he has descent material. I have never purchase from Capac so I can not really speak on his material but I look would purchase from anyone that I see good results from and I have bought from the many sellers here and most do not seem to cater to their customers when we do not have good results. If someone gets a horrible order you have to almost jump through hoops to get a replacement. I feel like this if I spend consistently with you and tell you a order was not good then you should take care of me because if do not you will lose a customer.
