Track 1 without a name at ATM ?

If i create track 1 from Track 2 but don't have the name of the card holder, will i still be able to cash out at a old ATM with ^lastname/firstname^ as card holder name ?

Yes, this should work, since the ATM first of all reads Track2 + PIN code.
