I've just released a new update for EU and ALL the other countries. Ive made a HUGE reduction in my prices. And most importantly - new replace policy. Also I don't take any WU/MG charges anymore. Forget all this 10% WU/MG commission shit.

NEW CONDITIONS:
1. I GIVE OUT ORDERS INSTANTLY IF I AM ONLINE ! It takes me around 15 minutes to make an order but it can take a little longer since I make orders in queue.
2. I GIVE 20% RANDOM BONUS TO EVERY ORDER FROM FRESH BASES ! The bonus comes from regular bases, but it is still good quality.
3. I DONT CHECK THE DUMPS BEFORE SELLING !
4. MINIMAL ORDER is $300 for LR and WU/MG. I don't give any free tests or dumps+pin and other fantastic stuff.
5. REPLACEMENT is available within 24 hrs. I replace the fresh base with fresh base and regular base with regular base. I replace HOLD-CALL and CARD NO.ERROR codes. I don't usually replace DECLINE codes but
there are cases when it is possible. Countdown starts from the moment you recieve the order.
6. You can pay with Liberty Reserve (LR) or WU/MG (MG PREFFERED). No charges for paying WU/MG, you only sacrifice your time because it takes time for me to receive the money.
7. I start my work at 00.00 (12.00 AM NIGHT) UTC + 4. I may come earlier, but I do orders at the time stated above. I don't work weekends and public holidays.

NEW WU/MG RULES:
I DON'T TAKE ANY MONEY FOR THE WU/MG TRANSFER FROM YOU ! YOU RECEIEVE THE DUMPS FOR THE WHOLE AMOUNT YOU HAVE SENT. NO WU/MG CHARGES !
Now the WU/MG conditions that my service requires for the sake of our mutual security:
1. ONE RECIEVER NAME - ONE SENDER NAME. YOU CAN'T SEND FROM DIFFERENT NAMES TO ONE RECIEVER, NOR YOU CAN'T SEND FROM ONE SENDER TO DIFFERENT RECIEVERS.
2. If you want to change the sender's name - I will give you another reciever. Don't send from different senders to one reciver name - I WILL NOT PICK IT UP !
3. My recievers have a daily limit of $6000. If you want to send more - I will give more names.
4. If you want to recieve order same day - don't split the transfers. I can now recieve only one transfer per day. If you send many transfers to one name - the can only be picked up on the following days.
5. If you can't send big amounts and need to split - ask for more names. But only one sender - one reciever. So for new reciever name you should use new sender name also.

I would like to remind all of you that I have been on this scene for more than 5 years. I mean more than 5 years of only selling the dumps. And some of you may remember me from CW and other, even more private forums, which were closed or turned to shit. Hell, the Admin of this forum invited me personally to register here and advertise. That was some years ago, you can ask him if you want (I hope it's the same man, lol). Im saying all this so you can have an idea about my experience in this business. Not for my pride, no. To understand what Im going to tell further.
So right now this biz is really far from what it was few years ago. European banks replace 101 with 201 really fast and there is much less EU 101 left overall. On top of that - USA banks now start to use 201 too and they have already changed a lot of POS-terminals so that the 201 dump you wrote on the magstripe won't be working if you have no chip. Basically this biz is really a bitch right now.
I'd like to tell all of you that Im trying to maintain the good quality of my dumps. I know that some people say that I dont have the same good stuff as I used to have. The fact is - every update I get lives less than before, thanks to the growing security and antri-fraud measures. Also there are a lot of unexperiencied buyers who think that they can make a fortune from a single dump of a random bank that they use in their country for the first time. Guys, no offense, but - RTFM. There are many people who make their living knowing the information of what to use and where to use it, so don't expect to get as much as they do with no fucking experience. To be honest I really hate when people ask me if a certain bank or bin will work in their place. Cmon guys, do you really expect me to do your job ? It's a long way of trial and error and you have to take a lot of money with you.
It really does hurt my feelings when some of you say that my dumps are bad or I dont care about my customers. I really do care and I try to do my best to get the best stuff to you. You can always arrange a discount, discuss a personal matter, cry on my shoulder, etc. Thats why Im better than online shops. Also, noone can hack my database of customers and reveal all your personal data to public. So all your secrets are safe with me.
Please be more patient and kind to each other. This is not the time to yell and argue about hold-calls and declines. This shit will happen more and more often because our enemies dont sit all day fapping on porn. They do evolve and get better at blocking bins, flagging bases, etc. I have done a lot of changes on my side as you can see above, so I hope you do enjoy the new terms and prices.
