Previously i would generate tracks with PCkit and everything woudl work perfectly.

Now when i go into target store with pckit generated track 1. always declines and then i go to McDonald and approves right away

i do not understand'

i know my dumos are valid becuase i have private skimmed

wats problems?

do not work for me either my friend says work for him but not for me idk why i thought it was writer but not that its target

problem is, some stores are moving to method that can verify track1/track2 with bank during the transaction not just T2

This may help (I posted in other Target topic as well):

Authorization edit checks. Risk edits and authorization processing options help reduce your fraud exposure. Edit checks may be set at the financial institution, card group, or individual cardholder level. You may set limits separately for cash and POS activity, and timeframes may be set for single- or multiple-day periods.3 Authorization edit checks include, but are not limited to:

* Daily spending limits. Monitors dollars spent and cash back.
* Velocity checks. Monitors the frequency of card use.
* Expiration date checks. Determines if the card is expired and/or checks for an exact expiration date match.
* Name match. Reduces the risk of skimmed and counterfeit cards by comparing the Track 1 names on incoming authorizations to names on file. Name match also may be used to create more robust authorization rules in Falcon.
* PIN validation. Verifies entered PIN to the PIN value on file (available for ATM and select point-of-sale transactions).

This stuff isn't new, its been around for a while.........before most financial institutions were just too cheap to shell out the cash for the systems to be in place for everything to work correctly. Your best bet is finding the BIN's that DO work with whatever method you are doing (this may take a few 100pcs mixes to find but worth it) and PayPal with them.

Well there is a way around it, if you have t1, you can just leave it the same as target doesn't print name on receipt, or if u want to change it either way just keep the spacing the same and it should work

ok just use only trck 2 i fix my problem guys u should be good ok

Guys those bogus track 1 generators do not put the correct track 1 ever. If you look at skimmed dumps the track 1 has a formula than those generators...

ex:
CHASE
real track:
B4226090018228766^DOE/JOHN^131110110000DOE989975758
4226090018228766=131110100000758

generated track 1
B4226090018228766^DOE/JOHN^131110110000598000000
4226090018228766=131110100000758

See difference it will not work decline because t1 is wrong
go to McDonalds and it will get approved because

McDonalds reads t2

So besides target are most people NOT generating t1 with PCKIT? Should I be generating T1 manually or not at all just use t2?

B4226090018228766^DOE/JOHN^131110110000DOE989975758

since when are there letters in track 1 other then the ^SIR/FIRST^ ?

If you know about tracks certain banks like Citibank and Chase always put a few letters of last name in first track, to expose fraud. This is why a lot of you get only one swipe with the track as the system reads both tracks looking for specifics in track and since track 2 is right, it will let you get one purchase. As for Target, all carders know that store pos is a track 2 reader.

Please note, if you want to make a deal with this user, that it is blocked.
that is why it is always best to get orginal track 1 and 2 skimmed dumps, if you can get a hold of them :)

Why stuck on Target???? Move on to better stores. Target has loss prevention that is good at spotting CC fraud. Too risky if something goes wrong.

some countrys dumps not work in target store.always give "decline"only.
