success rate for cashout 201 uk dump+pin abroad??

hi i would like to hear how good or bad uk dump+pins are to cash out abroad i mean 201 debit card, because most i hear are international blocked
is this true?
i hear also 90% of skimmed uk cards will not cashout abroad?


please i want to hear comments who have experience with this, because i am thinking of making a few skimmers to skim in uk, and if 90% dont cashout abroad whats the point in skimming for d+p

well it depends on the bin of 201+pin you got and the region which you are cashing them.i know some bins working great here discovery and visa bins if interested anyone get back to me with pm

you maybe correct,but it still depends on the bin you want to cash.i konw several bins working here great for me.you can even get daily limit from it.get back to me for a serious deal
