Sortcode and account number

Hi ppl

I have full details of one person including sortcode and account number. just his long number is blocked but the sortcode and account number are still the same it has about 14k inside. Can i do anything with this

Plus i have a database of multimillion pound businesses but only have name of business and their sortcode and account number and how much comes in is this usefull and what can i do
