Probably each of you, with a certain frequency, experiences the appearance in your life of the same type of people or situations that surprisingly resemble "walking on a rake" and are accompanied by exclamations: "Well, it happened to me again!" or "Well, how could I get myself into such a mess !?" "How could this happen to me ?!" etc ..
What kind of situations could it be? For example, it can be a situation of getting into another "scam" or network marketing, meeting with scammers or thieves, job deception, sexual harassment, attempted rape, rudeness, an attack by hooligans and other far from harmless things. Sound familiar? Then this article is for you ...
A bit of theory and an explanation of the possible causes of the troubles occurring.
There is one fundamental postulate that gives an understanding of the structure of this world and the human psyche: "What is inside, so is outside." Using it, Gilles Fauconnier discovered such a concept as "Inner space", in which, like in a 3D cinema, all objects of the outside world are located, with which we have ever had to interact. All movements and interactions of parts in this inner space usually take place on an unconscious level.
Lucas Derks, in the framework of psychotherapy, came up with a model called "Social Panorama". Why social? Because we live in a human world, we communicate every day and build relationships that shape our social reality. In our brain, certain images, or neural connections, are formed that both help us build relationships with others and interfere if the images captured were dysfunctional (not harmonious) for us. These images constitute our life, or rather social experience.
The good news is that we can change our social experience for the better! (Even if it was traumatic.) With the help of the "Social Panorama" correction technique, these images and relationships can be changed or recoded. (Unfortunately, it will not be possible to completely delete it.) Our consciousness can be actively involved in this inner world when there is a problem that requires its resolution, especially in the case of an obvious conflict between the inner image and the outer reality , when to live in the old way it just doesn't work.
An example for independent use of the Social Panorama technique (for example, for the case of getting rid of a character named Ham).
1. Close your eyes
2. See the space of your Social Panorama. It can be a room, square, meadow, or something else. Consider carefully. Determine the color, shape, size.
3. See the point where you want to stand
4. Stand on it. Take a look around. Everything is here: people and things that surround you in your life. They occupy a certain place: children, husband, relatives, friends, coworkers, casual acquaintances and strangers. There is absolutely everything.
5. Find where in your space is a character that is unpleasant to you, introduces you to discomfort.
6. If to the left (or behind) - then the event refers to the past, to the right (or in front) - to the future. Everything here is individual and depends on the location of your timeline.
7. Look at him. See the image in color, shape, sounds, something can be written, for example: Ham.
8. Move it where it will not get in the way. For example, behind the back, or far forward to the left. So that you feel: "That's it, it doesn't interfere anymore." You can give such characters a job - cleaning products and send them to wash the toilet or imagine something else. After a while, these people cannot be seen or heard. They will never appear in your life.
Getting rid of unpleasant people and situations with technology Social Panorama
There are a lot of options for working in a joint venture. The main thing here is to see the image and rearrange it, or transform it into one that is more pleasant to you. Sometimes it is required to pre-divide unpleasant people (there can be a lot of them!) Into clusters: scammers, boors, etc., and work with each cluster separately. You can come up with a special type of work for each cluster that you think the character deserves. Or, in my opinion, it is better to apply the method "by contradiction" - let the boor tell you compliments 5 times a day, sing serenades, etc. It's more humane and fun at the same time.
