HOW TO CARD SKRILL

How to transfer money via Skrill? In fact, it is not so difficult, the main thing is to turn on your head, be patient, and show creativity.

In USA skrill there isn't any CC microdeposit verification, but you are to verify your identity and for this you should have the following info prepared in a txt file:

You don't need any background/credit report or anything else.
So if you have this info which could be bought for $1 somewhere, go to the skrill.com website and create an account using that information. You can specify any valid cell phone number as there won't be any call/SMS as far as I know.
After registration is finished, verify your account(hint: click the link to see screenshot).

Now enter again the email & DoB that you used during registration. If skrill now asks you to enter the SSN then it failed to look you up in its database. That means you won't able to use this trick and will have to submit documents or just throw this account and try your luck with another fullz
If you're lucky and Skrill successfully found you in the database, you will have to pass a small test. Note that you don't need any extra info like BG or CR.
Now Skrill will ask you 4 questions. The main trick is that, according to my experience, it has no idea about 2 of 4 answers so you just select "None of the above". If Skrill would really know all these answers he should pay for Background Report for every single person who tried to register an account.
Note that if you make any mistake during this test Skrill won't give you any second chance.

We don't know the answer and supposedly Skrill doesn't, so select "None of the above".

4. In order to finalize your profile verification please select the Social Security Number bellow that belongs to you

We have valid SSN so just select it.
Verification is finished

Uploading money with CC

After successful verification go to the ""Cards and bank accounts" and enter CC data. The best thing here is that you can use some one else's card, so its name doesn't have be same as account name we used for verification.

After adding the CC go press "Upload" and upload some money.
That's all. I won't tell you what bins are best for Skrill. You have to find them yourself. I use cards with VBV.

Skrill Cashout Method

1st Method.

You need a Special MC card and Special BIn For This.
You can buy it uisng cc seller or cc shop.

Find This BIn: 544856 or eqal.

Make sure ur ip is same as cad state or country.

Go to Skrill.

Go to Bank And Cards.

Then go to Add a Card.

Put you card details an add it select non - gambling.

your card will added but will diplay as verfication faild it's ok. Now go and check transcation page.
there will be a small ammout like 1$ charged from ur card. If there isn't try another card if there is good.

Next recivers name and skrill mail (your fake skrill account).

Skrill can be tricky to verify and may ask for id verification if you didn’t provide relevant info. In short, the success of this method depends on our Fullz and background info. Here is an overview of the process

• Provide personal info: names, address, ssn, dob etc. when creating account

1. Preparing your Virtual Machine for Carding

• Connect your Socks 5 proxies

Now with your Fullz info, connect your proxy to the location of cc holder. You must be familiar with this by now. You should have done this at step 1. So am skipping this.

• Create Email Address

Create a Hotmail Email with one or two names from Your Fullz. Don’t use funny email providers

• Creating a Skrill Account

Follow your Fullz info when creating your Skrill account. Steps do vary from time to time but the info to input is still the same. Right from email, names, dob, address, country, phone (you can use texnow, google voice, skype etc. just make sure you got access to your phone number)

• Activating your account

• Spending your cash
