skimming in Spain ?

Hi to all , want mount an operation ( team already made no need candidate ) in Spain on skimming ATM , i ve 2 different Skimmer type, Wincor and Diebold .

Already know Nice place where i can found Wincor ATM ( costa del sol are plenty of them ) but Do not SEE any Diebold ATM during this summer ( of course i not check all city and place )
I Want Know if some Brother skimmer there have already found New ATM diebold in Spain , Very interrested , by Region of Madrid , Barcelona , Valencia , and all costa from Loret del Mar -----> Malaga ))

There are a few Diebolds in Tenerife (less than 10) about the Wincor be careful because the ATMs have sensors and once you put the device it can set up an alarm (not a noisy alarm, an alarm that is sent to the bank) or the ATM will get out of order within 10 minutes once you put the skimmer on. Also I suppose you are also aware of the penalties from Spain regarding skimming

I dont know any country without penalties
But they need Catch ME !!
skimming was very furtive activity , you Must act like a ninja !!

Diebold Inc. yesterday announced that it had signed a contract with Banco Santander to replace more than 670 ATMs for the Madrid, Spain-based bank.

The ATM deployments are part of a modernization process that Banco Santander is undertaking with its ATM network. Diebold will deploy the Opteva 760, 720, 562 and 522 models.

Don't want to ruin your happiness but Santander Bank changes the track2 after each transaction. I was amazed to see another track2 once the card was pulled out from the ATM. I thought the electronic device is going crazy. You can cash them but only immediately because if the owner of the dump makes another withdrawal you won't be able to cash them anymore. That's with the current ATMs not sure with the new ones.

This is first time I have heard of a bank doing this, which means the machines must be able to rewrite track two each time while the card is in the atm, strange to say the least.

Because i have NEVER heard about ATM who can Erase & Write
a New track at each transaction ( means after one time use , TR2 changed , so they dont be same as number written on card !! ) Foolish

I don't `know' much about skimming but I know a lot about skimming in Spain, Noire also said that he also knows banks from China that changes the track2.
It was a simple question, I have a lot of 201 with pin that won't open, so I asked a simple information. Regarding this question you judge my skimming skillz, you're smart dude.

Rome0 i dont know if its true or whatever about the track2 stuff BUT I KNOW FOR SURE ! you need track1 to cashout spain stuff .

Ps. Study very well the places where you plan on skimming , the people , camera , security etc ; spain is very hot these days.

TR1+TR2+TR3 = GOOD for Cashout IN Dumps Country !!!

Track 2 does not change COMPLETELY.
From my understanding only the #s AFTER the "=" change.

An example of this is, some Offlines are capable of reading track off chip. Everyone thinks this is sooo clever, but what they dont realize is the part after the "=" changes after each transaction at a bank.

As far as proof, I had an offline that was meant to be able to read off the chip, after testing with my own card I noticed this behavior.

I am not sure that I understand correctly what you are trying to say, but if so of course it only changes after the "=" !!!!? they just won't change the cc number also. Also the chip is communicating with the bank and after each transaction the T2 is changed meaning =YYMMxxx.... of course they will change te xxx which is after "=".
