1. You compare yourself to others.
“Marya Petrovna earns more than me, but Mishka has had his own business for a long time! I’m a loser” - if such thoughts often gnaw at you, it’s bad.

After all, they lower self-esteem and level of motivation. But the most annoying thing is that they are completely useless! There will always be carders who are more successful at something than you or vice versa.

But you cannot say that you are better or worse than someone. Because every carder has his own path. This is why those around us cannot live “right” or “wrong.” They do it the best they can. And you - in your own way. And that's okay.

How to fix: Compare yourself “yesterday” with “today”. Try to increase your successes and victories!

2. You are driven by fears
Every carder has moments of weakness. But some always live by them. As an excuse, like “I’m just such an indecisive person” or “it’s normal to be afraid.”

But it’s not normal to do nothing about your fears! Sooner or later they begin to control the life of a coward. And this rarely leads to anything good.

How to fix: Learn to “reduce” the degree of anxiety. Did you reduce it? And now forward - in spite of fears! Just act to spite them.

And you will see many positive changes. How to motivate yourself to do such an act? All carders experience the same emotion of fear. But someone fights it, and someone allows it to grow.

3. You start a new life on Monday
Go on a diet, start training a new muscle group... Or rather, you are just about to do all this, but it never comes to fruition. Something always gets in the way. Is it worth clarifying that this approach does not improve life at all?

How to fix: The most effective way is to simply start doing the opposite. To definitely overcome laziness and weakness, you can, for example, enter into an argument with a friend.

4. You live by expectations.
In a year everything will change, for sure! Just a little more, and happiness will come... This line of thinking leads to the most common mistake - the inability to be happy here and now. If you don't know how to enjoy life today, why suddenly start tomorrow? Is there something you're not happy with? Need to change. No one will do this for you.

How to fix: First of all, realize what is happening. And take action.

5. You have low self-esteem
Every day you scold yourself for something and for some reason you think that you are not worthy of the good life of worthy people.

How to fix: Understand that there are no perfect people. It's okay to fail at something. But it’s not normal not to change anything.

6. You don't keep track of time
And that is why you are very sorry that there are only 24 hours in a day. It is almost impossible to do everything you have planned for them! And if only the plans would suffer.

Very often, such carders do not have time to eat or relax after a hard day. And then they get chronic fatigue syndrome or emotional burnout.

How to fix: Use time management.

7. You live in the past
A tragic separation from friends, the loss of a loved one... What kind of “surprises” life brings. But what happened, happened. If you keep coming back to this pain, who will feel better?

How to fix it: Understand that the past cannot be corrected. But you don’t have to ruin the present! Forgive yourself and move on to something in real life.

8. You care too much about what others think.
You feel uneasy if you suddenly look funny or ridiculous - “what will people think?!” You check your every action against the invisible ideal of a “normal person.”

However, there are no ideals! There will always be people who cannot love you and, conversely, who cannot stop loving you.
