Should you card with a debit card or credit card?

Which one of these is the most viable option to card with I know that credit cards have more security on them since its the banks money so I was thinking logically wouldn't it be better to work with a debit card correct me if im wrong. Furthermore will it matter if both of these are non vbv?

This depends on the merchant (payment gateway) into which you will enter your card details.
Some merchants love credit cards, and other merchants love debit cards. Simply put, credit and debit cards are equally suitable for carding. The most important thing for successful payment is that they are valid (alive) and have the required balance.
Non-vbv bins of credit and debit cards are also no different.
