13.05.2012 He said he would pay that day but he didn't.
29.05.2012 He said he would pay that day but he didn't.
09.06.2012 He said he would pay till 13.06 but he didn't.

In response to Tompson above I will say the following.
Prior to our arrangement, I had an agreement with a friend of mine who had
introduced me to Tompson that he would make this payment.
However, he did not do this. At the time I was in financial troubles.
Tompson is a very good vendor, very good writer of code, and I wish to sort
out this embrassing issue as soon as possible. I have made 2 promises to him
of payment. My personal life matters were in the way during that time and was
not able to make the payments. Tompson, I apologize.
I had asked Tompson to make this post so that it could be known to everyone
and so that after the matter is sorted that I regain my trust with him and
the community here (if there have been any rumours been spread around me
through his doubts).
I did explain to Tompson that I had a financial crisis. At the time of the writing
of his code (which he took as priority as always and did promptly) I did tell
him that it would be used for work that I had that morning.
The work failed for other reasons out of my control that day and as a result
was left without any finances for even myself.
I have been in this community for a long time, a very long time, under many different
faces and aliases. I wish this matter to be settled as soon as possible,
I am very greatful to Tompson for being patient with me and waiting on a few
occasions for the payment for this latest code he has written.
I would like Tompson to acknowledge that in the past whatever code he had written
for me and others had been paid UPFRONT in FULL and on time.
The last deal we made, was a failure, and it is sad.
We live in a time now, where looking for people supplying installs for (AU) [Australia]
or let alone traffic for AU is so rare and hard to find, with all the fake vendors
and bullshit artists out there, that for people like me, it has been hard to do
any decent work. The financial institutions we work with are getting harder to
attack, but even still, we live, even still we have survived.
We have seeked out many partners to work with, partners who online have only
been fake, LE, or worst of all, have been arrested. These many reasons are reasons
I have not had a chance to do any additional work with AU cashouts, something
that saddens me so much.
Perhaps I am steering off topic, and I am, for perhaps the admins reading this as
well as others will see the wisdom in these words, the cry and attention for assistance,
that assistance being the requirement for more people overseas who have been
working with banks, to steer their direction into AU. There is much potential there,
if only there was traffic/installs and an embarassing situation as this, a missing
$200 for a programmer for something that at the time we believed was useful,
would NEVER happen. Because the money we usually earn is large, and small
petty amounts as $200 is and always was nothing to us. Even if we do not have it,
to pay it.
I believe however, Tompson, has been patient. And it is not his fault that I have
had problems here. Problems to find logins useful enough to make successful
cashouts so that I could pay him. I did however, promise him more than $200 for
his troubles. At this time I still can not.
However, the $200 will be paid in full.

I am happy to provide receipt (scan) or written details of the receipt of payment
tomorrow evening in Australian (EST) time.
My question to Tompson is that we can continue our work relationship after this
matter is solved and that I will pay upfront for any future work he does.
I hope this matter is solved prompty for Tompson, who has suffered as well as for me
to keep my reputation to him and others on this board.
