selling uk bank cheques

i talked with him on ICQ now
he only sells cheques from 5-15k
and his price is 10% of balance (payment only LR)
he accept escrow,
but wants his money after giving tracking number + photo of cheque (on photo there will be details of drop, name+surname)
(he will also show tracking number+photo to escrow)
he also told me, that he will give a guarantee
when the cheque will be declined on bank, he will send new cheque
with double amount from last
but,
i would buy if he can give me a cheque with balance 500-1000 GBP for start
and if i can give his money (by escrow) after receiving the cheque
i dont want be ripped,
so im waiting for other buyers
and waiting for reputations
to see if he is serious seller
